Webtech Innovation provides digital services and products only. We do not ship any physical goods, so no physical shipping or courier charges apply. This policy explains how our services and products are delivered.

1. Nature of delivery

All our offerings — website design, paid advertising, social media marketing, SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation, WhatsApp API setup, ecommerce setup, and any digital products — are delivered electronically (online) or as a service performed for your business. Nothing is physically shipped.

2. Service-based products

• After successful payment, our team contacts you (usually within 24 hours, Monday–Saturday) to begin your project and collect any details or access we need.
• Delivery timelines depend on the scope of the service and on receiving the required inputs from you. Estimated timelines are shared before or at the start of your project.
• Progress and final deliverables are shared with you online (via email, links, or shared access).

3. Instant-access / downloadable products

For products that offer instant digital access (such as downloads, templates or subscription access), access or a download link is provided immediately after successful payment, and/or emailed to the address you provide at checkout.

4. Delivery confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email after payment. If you do not receive your service access, download link, or a response from our team within the expected time, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Service area

Because everything we do is delivered online, we serve clients across India and worldwide — your location is never a barrier to working with us.
